How to Install N60 Hilux Inner Guards

Installation typically takes 15–30 minutes

Simply align the guards with the factory mounting holes, insert the supplied clips and you’re done.

Note: The optional Upgraded Hardware Kit requires the factory mounting holes to be drilled slightly larger (9mm) and the use of a rivnut tool.

Before Installation

Due to shipping, the guards may have a slight curve when they arrive.

Simply leave them in direct sunlight for approximately 10–30 minutes until warm, then gently shape them by hand if required.

Once installed, they will naturally conform to the wheel arch.

As for the product itself, I have been extremely impressed.

The original factory inner guards on the Hilux are unfortunately not particularly durable. When subjected to serious off-road driving, especially while hunting through narrow and demanding forest terrain, the OEM guards can begin to split in certain areas and eventually tear apart.

After installing the TRACKCO 4x4 Heavy Duty Inner Guards, I was immediately impressed by the quality and strength of the material. They are exceptionally robust and feel like they were built to withstand virtually anything I can throw at them.

To be completely honest, they are so strong that I would not be surprised if the truck were eventually written off in some catastrophic off-road accident, yet the inner guards themselves might still be sitting there perfectly intact. 😂

This is an exceptionally well-made product, and I feel genuinely fortunate not only to have found such a high-quality solution for my Hilux, but also to have had the opportunity to meet and do business with an owner like Sam.
