How to Install N50 Hilux Inner Guards

Installation typically takes 15–30 minutes 

Simply align the guards with the factory mounting holes, insert the supplied clips and you’re done.

Note: The optional Upgraded Hardware Kit requires the factory mounting holes to be drilled slightly larger (9mm) and the use of a rivnut tool.

Before Installation

Due to shipping, the guards may have a slight curve when they arrive.

Simply leave them in direct sunlight for approximately 10–30 minutes until warm, then gently shape them by hand if required.

Once installed, they will naturally conform to the wheel arch.
