How to Install Y62 Patrol Inner Guards

Installation typically takes 25–35 minutes.

Simply align the guards in the wheel well, mark out holes, drill (8.5mm) holes, insert the supplied clips and you’re done.

Note: The optional Upgraded Hardware Kit requires holes to be drilled to 9mm and the use of a rivnut tool.

Before Installation

Due to shipping, the guards may have a slight curve when they arrive.

Simply leave them in direct sunlight for approximately 10–30 minutes until warm, then gently shape them by hand if required.

Once installed, they will naturally conform to the wheel arch.
